The Lexmark X7675 Professional Multifunction Wireless Printer/Copier/Scanner/Fax Inkjet printer is Lexmark's latest entry in their all-in-one professional series of printers. The X7675 features 802.11b/g wireless operation, a 25 page automatic document feeder with hands-off two-sided printing, and comes out of the box with high-capacity ink cartridges. Wireless setup is super-easy with the included software, and the printer can also be connected via USB or Ethernet. The printer features print speeds of up to 32ppm black and 27ppm color, up to 4800x2400dpi resolution, and 1-touch PC-free copying in color or black and white. The X7675 can reduce/enlarge copies from 25%-400%, scan up to 25 pages automatically using the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), and has an optical scan resolution up to 600x1200dpi. The printer can also scan directly to a USB flash drive and fax up to 25 color or black and white documents automatically using the built-in 33.6Kbps modem.
ValueThe X7675 represents an excellent value for the money at current street prices. Most new printers come with standard cartridges, but the X7675 comes with XL (Extended Life) cartridges, which represents a considerable savings right out of the box. Even given the low price, Lexmark didn't scrimp on the features or quality. The unit has an excellent overall build quality and has all of the features you're likely to need in an all-in-one printer. FeaturesThis is a surprisingly full-featured printer for the price. It includes photo printing directly from all current memory card formats, has PictBridge capability for printing directly from PictBridge compatible cameras, and has a software-enhanced scan resolution up to 19,200 dpi. The unit comes with software for Windows XP, Vista and Mac OS X. Lexmark is known for their user-friendly software - especially the printer control panel, and the software included with the X7675 lives up to this reputation. SummaryIf you need an excellent all-in-one printer for small business or home office use, the Lexmark X7675 deserves a good, hard look. It features most of the features you're likely to need, and delivers on performance as well. It's a little slow when printing at higher qualities, but the draft and normal print speeds are excellent. You can easily share it on a network, either wired or wireless, and it can perform all of your printing, copying and faxing for you. All in all an excellent offering from Lexmark. Pros
