The Acer X193WB is a 19inch monitor that is capable of performing most of your daily computer tasks, however, does lack the beefy response time of newer 2ms response time models. The X193WB comes with a 5ms response time which is suitable for most fast moving images, but if you are gamer looking for a new display that will give the fastest possible picture response, then you may need to look elsewhere. With a 160 degree viewing angle and a 1440x900 native resolution, the X193WB possesses all the features you would need for a day to day monitor. If you are not concerned about the fastest possible response time available, then there is a lot more to like about this monitor. A 2000:1 contrast ratio means you your image quality will be satisfactory in most tasks, though your video playback may lack the color crispness available in higher end models.
