ValueThe Sony W Series netbook PC represents a good value when compared to the competition. It's slightly higher priced than most of the competition, but you get Sony VAIO quality, some nice features and a good software bundle in the bargain. The 1366 x 768 display is wider than some of the competition, and there are all the connectivity options you're likely to need. The keyboard is spacious as well when compared to some of the competition FeaturesThe Sony VAIO W Series mini notebook has a very good feature set. Connectivity options, screen size, processor and hard drive all compare favorably to the competition. More RAM would have been nice at this price - Windows 7 Starter Edition is easy on resources, but these days 1GB of ram is a little on the small size. The graphics chipset provided with the unit is a powerful one for a netbook, which helps somewhat with the small ram size. It has a good feature set, a decent-sized hard drive, and a higher resolution screen than the norm in this class. It costs a bit more than the competition, but given its heritage, it's probably worth the difference in price. Pros
