Apple MacBook Pro MC226LL/A: Review

If you are a Mac fan who wants the top-of-the-line laptop regardless of price, then consider the Apple MacBook Pro MC226LL/A. This is perhaps the best model currently in Apple's MacBook collection. The revolutionary changes to the body design and internal materials are a triumph over this MacBook's predecessors. While the extreme price may intimidate some into choosing a lower-scale model, the 17-inch Apple MacBook Pro MC226LL/A is truly worth the money. It has a balance of great features, performance, and style that beats out some competing business laptops.

This particular notebook is extremely thin and streamlined, measuring at 15.5" x 1" x 10.5" and weighing a mere 6.6 lbs. It is one of the most ergonomically shaped notebooks, and it is very lightweight and easy to carry. The impressive unibody chassis, which is manufactured out of a single piece of aluminum, makes this MacBook Pro comfortable to operate. The huge 17-inch LED display shows vivid video and images with a1920x1200 resolution, making the laptop great for creativity or work. It features both integrated and discrete NVIDIA graphics, meaning you can use integrated graphics for the casual application and discrete graphics for 3D-intensive programs. And with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor and plenty of storage space, you can expand your horizons without restraint. The Apple MacBook Pro MC226LL/A is definitely one of the best (if not the best) Mac notebooks the company has produced. It is the beginning of a new era.

Value

Apple has generally been known to produce high-quality yet expensive products, including their entire line of Mac notebooks. The Apple MacBook Pro MC226LL/A is another testament of that doctrine, and it has a price tag that may have some consumers looking at lower-end models. All MacBook Pro laptops are impressive in themselves, but this particular model is especially dazzling. The battery life and performance alone make it incredibly valuable, but the powerful features do even more. Nearly every customer agrees that this Mac is worth every penny, but if you aren't willing to fork out several thousand dollars, perhaps you should stick to a PC instead.
