HP has really outdone itself again with the release of the HP Photosmart D7560 Printer (model#Q8441A#B1H). This sleek and stylish printer provides superior, laser-quality photo prints and also does a nice job on CD/DVD labels. And because this model features an amazing 3.5" color LCD touchscreen, printing could not have been made any easier. Though it lacks the capabilities that an all-in-one model features, this printer is great for someone on a mid-range budget but does not want to sacrifice quality for price. The size and weight of the HP Photosmart D7560 Printer is pretty average when compared to other models. It has dimensions of 18.03" x 15.08" x 7.20" and weighs in at 14.78 lbs. It can print up to 33 ppm black and up to 31 ppm color, which is slightly higher than the average of competing models. It prints black prints up to 600 x 600 dpi and color prints up to an astounding 9600 x 2400-optimized dpi (when used with appropriate input and photo paper). Features-wise, this printer is pretty basic- one standard USB port and an optional wireless connectivity feature. It also supports direct printing from a memory card or PictBridge-compatible device. Overall, this is a quality printer designed for photo printing.
ValueDepending on the kind of print quality you are looking for in a printer, you may discover that this printer is a great value. With a middle-of-the-market price, most users expect this model to print decent photos. But it does more than that- it produces near-laser quality prints and does a spectacular job with photos and CD/DVD labels. The only downside to this particular model is that it lacks some of the fancier features that many all-in-one printers offer for the same price. But overall, this photo printer gives you superb prints for a reasonable price. PerformanceWhen it comes to performance, the HP Photosmart D7560 Printer does an outstanding job. The printer cartridges are a testimony to the lengths that HP has gone to ensure top-quality prints. With the standard-capacity cartridges, this printer can produce roughly 300 pages (black and color) on one tank. Now while this may not sound too impressive, keep in mind that this estimate is based on printing photo-quality pages. What is even more astonishing, however, is the printer's ability to house high-capacity cartridges- allowing up to 750 black and color pages to be printed, without having to replace the ink. This model gets an A+ on print speed and quality. SummaryRegardless if you're young or old, this printer is simple and easy enough to use that even the least "tech-savvy" users can be printing within minutes. Many consumers find that the CD/DVD label prints are the most impressive, but some (including me) tend to favor the outstanding quality of the photo prints. In addition to its quality and performance, the beautiful design of the HP Photosmart D7560 Printer (especially its 3.5" color-LCD touchscreen) really makes it stand out among the rest. And while it may not be the best on the market, it gets the job done well without any hassle. Pros
