The Olympus FE-350 Review:

The Olympus FE-350 is a great compact digital camera. With 8.0 megapixels, a 3.0-inch LCD screen, Imagine Stabilizing technology (for blur free pictures), and the face-tracking technology (that automatically tracks the subject's face; centering and focusing it for a perfect picture), the FE-350 will impress.

The FE-350 is one of the newest additions to the Olympus FE series, released in January 2008. This digital camera is designed to take the high quality pictures that Olympus owners are accustomed to, with an added bonus of a 4x wide-angle lens. This feature makes taking pictures of large groups effortless. Olympus' reputation for manufacturing high quality digital cameras continues to improve with each new model and the Olympus FE-350 proves just that with all its new technology. The in-camera fix-it editing system allows the photographer to edit the picture before it is downloaded to the computer. The Perfect Shot preview mode is another added bonus. This feature allows the photographer to see the picture and make adjustments before snapping the picture.

The FE-350 digital camera from Olympus offers state-of-the-art technology, combined with three user-friendly instruction books and two software programs that will guide the user. The software provides templates to create photo albums, DVDs, and calendars. An online support team is also available to answer questions and provide guidance. The camera comes in a variety of colors from black to pink in a neoprene case (to protect it from the elements).

Ergonomics

The Olympus FE-350 weighing just over 4 ounces; it is lightweight and durable enough to take anywhere. A CR-V3 battery pack comes with the camera and lasts for close to 500 shots, or 20 minutes of high quality video. Your photos are stored on the 25MB internal memory, or the external x-d card. Photos and video can be downloaded in either JPEG or a RAW format so they can be edited anyway the photographer would like.

The Olympus FE-350 is a great addition to the Olympus line of high quality digital cameras. With its new features and affordable price, it is a photographer's dream camera.
