Olympus FE-370: Review
Olympus FE-370 Review:

If you are in the market for a quality camera that you don't need to spend three hours reading the manual just to figure out how to turn it on, then you may want to check out the Olympus FE-370. The FE-370 is the predecessor to the FE-360. With a wealth of new features and improved specs, the FE-370 is a quality camera that won't break the bank.

The FE-370 performs quite well for a point-and-shoot camera. It offers users Dual Image Stabilization which combines mechanical and digital stabilization. This technology nearly eliminates the blur caused either by a shaky hand or a moving object and allows the user to provide quality photos every time.

Rating:  4.0 out of 5

Features

The FE-370 includes Face detection which can track up to 16 faces in one shot. This tool comes in handy for when you are shooting one person or a large family photo. The FE-370 automatically calibrates itself so everyone in the shot is in focus, guaranteeing clear photos every time. Regardless of how large the group is. Another unique tool is the Smile Shot Mode. The FE-370 can track a person's face and when it detects a smile it automatically takes three consecutive shots. You'll never miss the perfect smile with this feature.

Performance

Olympus also offers users a Scene mode which contains 19 different shooting modes. Some of which are portrait, smile shot, sunset, night scene, sports landscape, and fireworks modes. The FE-370 also includes Olympus's TruePic III Image Processor Technology. This technology was originally created for their SLR cameras and now is available to users at a more budget friendly price. Lastly, the FE-370 includes an Intelligent Auto mode. In this mode the camera will automatically select the correct scene mode from portrait, landscape, night & portrait, macro, and sports which results in professional photos with no fuss.

Summary

In conclusion, the FE-370 is a great little point-and-shoot camera that can be taken almost anywhere. Olympus offers users a wealth of features in a convenient package that won't break the bank.
