Features

This Sony camcorder is loaded with features including the 1/6" CCD with 340K (effective) pixels which provides stunning detail and clarity in your video and still image performance. The optical zoom allows you to bring the action up close. The 2.5" LCD screen provides easy viewing clarity with 123K pixels resolution and the display rotates up to 270 degrees for multiple viewing angles, as well as provides sharp, detailed images for monitoring or playback. The Zeiss lenses are designed specifically for compact camcorders, and utilize precision optics to maintain the sharpness and contrast found with larger lenses. Sony's NightShot mode lets you shoot video in extremely low light situations. It also offers Picture Effects such as Monotone, Pastel and Sepia with image effects Monotone, Pastel and Sepia available in playback as well. The scene selection modes make recording easy even when filming in challenging situations. You can choose Beach, Candle, Fireworks, Landscape, Portrait, Sports Lesson, Spotlight, and Sunrise & Sunset settings.
