QualitySony has a reputation for making quality notebooks, and the VAIO BZ Series is no exception. From the magnesium case to the spill-resistant keyboard, this notebook is built to stand up against the accidents that happen when using a PC on the road. The unit is built to take a beating, yet the styling is sleek and modern. Sony VAIO series notebooks are also more reliable electronically than most of the competition, so you should get years of useful life from this notebook. ValueThe Sony VAIO BZ series is priced a bit more than the competition, but it's worth the difference if you consider the build quality, feature set and styling of the device. Performance is not an issue with the high speed dual core processor, 4GB of ram and 320GB hard drive. The unit has all of the connectivity options you're likely to need, and comes with Sony's 1 year toll-free technical support, which adds to the value. SummaryIf you need a new business class laptop, the Sony VAIO BZ series makes an excellent choice. It has all of the connectivity options needed when you're on the road, and includes a fingerprint sensor for those times when you have to leave the unit unattended. About the only thing to complain about is the inclusion of Windows VISTA rather than Windows 7 - it would be nice to at least receive an upgrade offer from Sony. Pros
