The Toshiba 52XV545U is a 1080p widescreen full HD LCD TV that brings high-end features for both gamers and movie goers. This 52" TV delivers stunning visuals and incorporates multiple input options for connecting all of your HD components. Toshiba 52XV545U also brings a new feature - using CEC technology - that allows you to control Toshiba REGZA link compatible devices (such as audio receiver or playback devices) from the TV remote via HDMI connection. You can even watch your computer's display on the TV and hear the sound from the TV's speakers.

For your viewing pleasure, Toshiba 52XV545U has implemented several video enhancements. You can now enjoy a displayed frame rate of 120 frames per second (120 Hz); thanks to Motion Vector Frame Interpolation (MVFI) technology. Using the power of PixelPure 4G processor, this MVFI technology eliminates motion blur without decreasing image brightness or adding flicker. Other video enhancements include: Autoview, Colorburst, Super Resolution Technology (SRT) and CableClear Noise Reduction technology. For high-quality audio, Toshiba 52XV545U delivers Dolby Digital Dynamic Range Control feature that allows you to switch from Digital to Analog broadcasts at the same dynamic range.

Whereas its highest quality 1080p resolution is perfect for next generation DVD players, its HDMI input is designed to receive digital audio and uncompressed digital video from an HDMI source device. This significantly improves both color purity and color saturation. The SRT increases the low-resolution signal for improved picture quality and depth. It also produces 4,096 levels of gradation with greater depth and detail.
