The LCD TV also features mute and half mute functions, REGZA Link, which allows you to control your other compatible Toshiba components over HDMI with one remote, a USB port and an SD card slot. I/O includes 4 HDMI, 2 component video, 2 A/V, 1 S-video, IR passthrough, Dolby Digital optical output and an analog audio output.
ValueThe 55SV670U is a bit on the pricey side, as are all LED TVs currently, but is quite reasonably priced when compared to the competition. Most competing sets with similar features are more expensive, and the 55SV670U includes more I/O than most of the competition, particularly legacy I/O support. The unit features both SD card slots and a USB port for viewing images from your digital camera or videos from your camcorder. PerformanceThe 55SV670U delivers excellent performance in all lighting conditions - even bright sunlit rooms. The difference in quality between LCD or plasma and LED is amazing, and Toshiba has done a good job of getting every ounce of image quality and performance out of LED technology. Colors are sharp and crisp, there is no blurring in fast action scenes, and pixellation is non-existent when playing good media. Toshiba really deserves high marks for the design of this set. SummaryIf you want some of the best image quality money can buy, the 55SV670U definitely deserves a hard look. It's priced quite a bit less than the comparable-sized competition, and includes plenty of features. And the excellent legacy I/O support means you won't have to abandon your existing analog components. All-in-all an excellent offering from Toshiba. Pros
